Ryatt is a volleyball
club based in Kingston, Ontario with over 800 registered
players. Ryatt offers
men's, women's and co-ed indoor
volleyball, beach volleyball , and tournaments throughout the
year.
Ryatt's success has been great for volleyball in Kingston, however it
created administrative headaches for the owners, Ryan Stoness and Matt
Somerville. Amongst their biggest challenges were player
registrations, team registrations, scheduling, standings, and
the collection of payments.
Ryatt pursued an online
solution to their issues, which would also provide their
clients with up-to-date information on competitions. Ryatt chose KL Insight as their
solution provider, knowing they understood their business and had the
technical knowledge to implement a solution.
The ryatt.ca website provides Kingston`s volleyball community a portal
to Ryatt`s leagues and tournaments. All
competitions are managed on the site, which includes registration,
scheduling, and standings. The site has been integrated with
Ryatt`s merchant account and they are now able to receive payments
